Fil was great in helping us organize 37 people from 3 provinces for our wedding in the Mayan Riviera. She was referred to me by a friend, who also had Fil help with her wedding, after I was disappointed with my original wedding agent. Fil was very prompt in responding to any emails I had and great with her suggestions! Our resort was fabulous and our day perfect! My hubby and I would go back to the Barcelo Colonial in a heart beat and would have no hesitations in having Fil co-ordinate future vacays or in recommending her to help others for their destination wedding!

She was there to help with every little detail along the way, with a group of over 50 people and traveling from different parts of Canada she made everything so easy! We would highly recommend using Fil to plan any sort of holiday. I have used her before to book trips to Mexico which were great. We just came back from our honeymoon in Barbados, and it was amazing! Fil found us a wonderful resort to stay in and it was just what we were looking for. She is an awesome travel agent. She listens to what you want and what you are looking for continually hits the nail on the head. We just came back from our wedding down in Puerto Vallarta at the Hyatt Ziva. Let me just say that it was amazing! The property is incredibly with its own private beach and super close to town. Fil was awesome through the whole booking process she gave us some options and prices ranges and then helped us narrow it down to the Hyatt. Booking a destination wedding looked like it was going to be difficult with family and friends coming from all over but Fil made it so simple, all we needed to do was confirm the hotel with Fil and she did the rest. Not having to deal with organizing payments from all our guest was great!
While we were down in Mexico the resort also had a turtle release program, we couldn’t of asked for a better experience with our wedding. Thanks for making the process so stress free Fil! We would certainly book any group packages with you again

Highly recommend using Fil to plan a destination wedding and honeymoon! I very much appreciated her honesty and experience when it came to choosing a resort that all my 40 wedding guests would love AND be able to put together a beautiful wedding. I gave her our list of dreams and must-haves with our budget and she 100% delivered!

Fil was absolutely amazing. I had my wedding at the Now Jade on April 20th this year and she made my planning as well as my guest planning so much easier and less stressful . She was quick on her responses whenever I needed anything as well as gave me a lot of insight of what I would need and how to do certain things for my wedding . She made sure we got the best deal around and always had an answer if I ever had any questions . I would recommended her to anyone who is planning on doing a destination wedding especially to Mexico .
The Now Jade turned out to be even more beautiful then expected . The resort itself was breath taking . The staff were super friendly and very welcoming . The resort was very well maintained and our rooms were cleaned daily. Our wedding planner Jackie was super helpful . I was nervous doing a destination wedding because I would not be meeting the planner until I arrived at the resort but, everything ended up turning out better then expected . The wedding turned out beautifully and everything went as planned. The appies and dinner were delicious and the cheesecake that we decided to do for our wedding cake is still being talked about . The photos we got with our package turned out so beautiful it was hard choosing which ones to keep .
We can’t wait to go back to this resort hopefully next year!

Fil organized our wedding of 65 people at the Iberostar in Punta Mita, Mexico. It was absolutely unreal. She was so helpful planning all the logistics including organizing our guests who came from Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary. She was able to handle everything leaving my husband and I without any stress! The Iberostar was unbelievable. All our guests were so pleased with the accommodation and services provided by the hotel. We brought our ten year old son and there was plenty for him to do. The wedding coordinators and team they assembled took care of everything which allowed us to have a relaxing vacation and the wedding of our dreams. I would definitely recommend both Fil and the resort if you are planning a destination wedding, group trip or even just a trip with your spouse/family.

We booked our honeymoon with Fil and could not have asked for a better agent and greater experience. From start to finish, she nailed every request we had and even suggested a few things we hadn’t thought of. We booked at Sandals La Source Grenada by her suggestion. Best decision we could have made. It was a spectacular honeymoon. A trip we will always remember. The island was amazing, the people of Grenada are so friendly and welcoming and the resort and staff were incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about Fil and the services provided by this travel company. 4 years ago Fil offered to help with our destination wedding plans, an event I only assumed would be a total chaos case, but Fil took care of everything so efficiently I didn’t even have to stress!! We were all so impressed with how everything turned out. Fil also took care of TWO of our other friends destination weddings & I know they feel the same 🙂 She has also helped with a few other trips of ours and me being the high maintenance client that I am ( travelling with kids.. makes planning harder ect…) she has always taken the time to make sure we are happy. Fil is our/ all our friends ” go to” person for any trip bookings or even question, she always writes back right away and is so knowledgeable/helpful. I Would HIGHLY recommend this agent and company!!!

BEST DECISION EVER MADE!

I went through so much trouble finding a travel agent that would work for me. Most don’t get back to you and some take forever giving you quotes. I was really hopeless until my brother in law introduced me to Fil. Best decision ever made! I had a Indian destination wedding which was close to 200 people that went. This was Fil’s first large scale Indian wedding, and it never felt that way. She is so organized, sooo professional, ALWAYS on top of things, quite the opposite of all the other travel agents I spoke to before her. She was so quick at getting quotes and always emailing me to get more info from me and constantly updating me with any info she would get. I wasn’t used to that, but it’s exactly what u need, someone that takes care of it all and keeps you up to speed. I spoke to Fil a year and a half before my wedding in Mexico, we went through every country, she looked into so many resorts for me, never once did she get frustrated with me, and thank god she didn’t give up on me. She never left my side, and to be honest I couldn’t have done this without her she was amazing took care of so much. She went the extra mile when she was in Mexico on vacation, and went to the resort I was getting married at to speak with the manager to make sure everything would run smoothly when our large group arrived. She also did me a HUGE favor and tasted the food for me and took pics of all the locations I had chosen. I trusted her opinion since I hadn’t been to the resort before. With Fil, you tell her what you want and she makes it happen, or will try her hardest to make it happen. Trying to make you happy is her goal. If you are thinking of getting someone to arrange a destination wedding for you, it doesn’t get better then Fil! I highly recommend her. Thank you Fil!!! Without you I would have lost my mind 😊

50 ANNIVERSARY FAMILY TRIP

We had an amazing trip to Puerto Vallarta and stayed at Grand Marival Resort. There were 13 of us there. It was our third time in Puerto Vallarta and this hotel I would totally recommend. ALL the staff were wonderful, food was great, beach was perfect and the room was nice and clean. We had a great time and I want to thank Filomena for organizing and booking our trip once again. It’s nice to have a travel agent that thinks of all the things that I might miss. I would highly recommend Fil as she is a fountain of knowledge.

OUR DREAM HONEYMOON PACKAGE

Fil booked our honeymoon package and it was a dream. After sending a few emails back and forth our all-inclusive vacation was booked and confirmed within just a couple hours. This is long overdue, but much deserved. Fil was recommended to us through a friend. I feel that I should pass along a similar recommendation. She was an amazing help from the first correspondence, and I was impressed by how promptly she responded to every message I sent her. We told her what we wanted (a week in Mexico for 50 people) she suggested multiple options and we we ended up with the perfect resort. Working within our budget and with our large party departing from various locations, Fil organized it in a way that would have been a nightmare had I tried to do this myself. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did. If you have a trip in mind that you want to plan, she’s a specialist who will save you a lot of headaches. Fil, how do I thank you for everything?…
11 months of planning… just about 100 guests… 1000 questions…. a hurricane hitting our original destination, without Fil I would have fell apart so many times over. Many people asked how I was coping with all the wedding planning and so many hiccups?? I told them my girl Fil @ travel masters was taking care of everything, and man did she ever.
After booking our 100 guests originally in LOS CABOS, we find out a hurricane hits and our wedding would be cancelled just a few months before our departure. No problem for Fil, she re booked all our guests with zero issues!!!
We just returned from a incredible week from the HYATT ZIVA PUERTO VALLARTA. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day too!
If you are planning a group trip or a destination wedding, call Fil if you want a stress free experience.

WEDDING BLISS

I want to take the time to acknowledge and display how devoted, hard working and dynamic Fil is. We had a wedding group of 23 that was set to go to Cabo, Mexico. When the hurricane hit around a month beforehand, we were devastated at the thought that there wouldn’t be another resort that would be able to facilitate and accommodate all of our needs. She literally worked like crazy to work it out and didn’t give up! With only 2 weeks to spare, she did it!! Blew it out of the water! Awesome resort, beautiful destination, breathtaking wedding and all the bells and whistles. I can say that any average travel agent would haven’t have been able to figured this mess out. She persevered and didn’t let us down. We will never use anybody else for our travel needs. Thanks Fil! Love from all of us, Chris and Daina’s family and wedding group.
